Some of the earliest examples of cast iron railings in the world,
the perimeter of St Martin-in-the-fields has not fared badly over its three hundred year life, but is now due for major overhaul. We have been engaged in repair work and maintenance for a while, including emergency repairs to gates and railings, and getting back into operation long seized gates.
